Features
Seal & Bond MS Construct is a high tech adhesive kit with an extremely quick and very powerful setting on the widest range of materials. This solvent and isocyanate-free assembly adhesive has a very high tensile strength and does not show signs of ageing. Seal & Bond MS Construct is neutral and acid-free, and can be used on a variety of materials, even natural stone. Seal & Bond MS Construct allows for 40 mm adhesive strips without any deformation.

Instructions
- Always apply on a clean, non-greasy surface, it can even be wet.
- Use temperature +5°C up to +40°C.
- Surface cleaning and degreasing with Multifoam and Safety Clean.
- Apply adhesive on one side by dotting and strokes.
- Press down firmly on adhesive.
Support is usually unnecessary thanks to its fast setting (test first). Adhesive joints can quickly be removed with Safety Clean. Adhesive residue can easliy be removed with Safety Clean.

- Shore hardness (DIN 53505) after 3 weeks at 23°C/50% relative air humidity: 60 shore A.
- Shrinkage (DIN 52451) < 5%.
- Consistency (DIN EN 27390): non-sagging up to a 40mm thick joint.
- Elongation at break: 300%.
- Module at 100% tensile strength 23°C (DIN 53504 S2): lON/mm².
- Tensile strength (DIN 53504 S2): 2.3 N/mm².
- Skin formation: +/- 5 min.
- Hardening speed:
- 24u - 2.5 mm
- 48u - 3.5mm.
- Temperature limits: -40°C up to +90°C.
- Application temperature: from +5°C up to +40°C.
- Chemical strength:
- good: water, sea water, aliphatic solvents, oils, fats, thinned organic acids and lyes.
- average: ester, ketone bodies and aromatics.
- poor: concentrated acids, chloride solvents and chlorinated swimmingpool water.
- perfect: weather resistant. Note: Do bonding test first on PE, PP, silicone, teflon,... based surfaces.
